Duties/ Responsibilities
Working to increase efficiency and communication, internally and externally, by
- Answering telephone and email queries or taking messages and updating the database.
- Creating customer accounts, booking and confirming appointments.
- Ensuring the quotation process runs smoothly, liaising with sales reps and customers and completing quotes.
- Providing an after-sales support service, and follow up calls.
- Maintaining company reputation for exceptional customer service.
Required Skills
- Must be an outgoing articulate individual open to regular training.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- IT literate and confident with Microsoft packages.
- Flexible and willing to help out where ever possible.
- Good time keeping and organisational skills.
- Looking for a career long term
- You must be able to act in a professional manner, both face to face and over the telephone.
Required education:
GCSE D or above in English and Maths
