Duties/ Responsibilities

Working to increase efficiency and communication, internally and externally, by

  • Answering telephone and email queries or taking messages and updating the database.
  • Creating customer accounts, booking and confirming appointments.
  • Ensuring the quotation process runs smoothly, liaising with sales reps and customers and completing quotes.
  • Providing an after-sales support service, and follow up calls.
  • Maintaining company reputation for exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

  • Must be an outgoing articulate individual open to regular training.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • IT literate and confident with Microsoft packages.
  • Flexible and willing to help out where ever possible.
  • Good time keeping and organisational skills.
  • Looking for a career long term
  • You must be able to act in a professional manner, both face to face and over the telephone.

 

Required education:

GCSE D or above in English and Maths
