Richard and his wife's village of Barking has no mains gas connection, leaving neighbours reliant on oil. The couple had inherited an ageing Night Store 100 electric system — slow to reheat, and serviced by just one engineer in the entire country. Solar panels and a 9.6kWh Pylon battery were installed alongside a WPL25 ASHP in one large coordinated project, with up to eleven Greenscape engineers on site simultaneously.
