Greenscape started in 2012 as a small local solar installer in Ipswich, and grew because customers liked the work and told other people about it. As the technology evolved we built dedicated divisions for battery storage, then for air source heat pumps, air conditioning and commercial projects. We are now a team of over 70 people working out of our Ipswich head office and showroom.

Yes. Our head office and showroom are at 544–550 Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, IP4 4PN, with working solar, battery, heat pump and air conditioning systems on display. The team are there to answer questions in person, and you can drop in during opening hours or book a specific time.

We are accredited by MCS, RECC, NICEIC, TrustMark, QualityMark Protection, SafeContractor, F-Gas and OZEV, with Suffolk Carbon Charter Gold status for our own emissions reduction.

We also hold installer status with Tesla, Sigenergy, SunPower, Solis, Clivet, Vaillant, Stiebel Eltron and Bosch. See our accreditations and memberships page for the certificate numbers and what each one actually covers.

16,879 and counting, across East Anglia since 2012, with a 95% customer recommendation rate. 62% of the customers we have installed for since 2018 have come back to us for additional renewable systems.

Over 600 air source heat pump installations across East Anglia. We launched the heating division in 2017, five years after Greenscape was founded as a solar specialist, and spent the years between 2017 and 2024 testing heat pumps from more than a dozen manufacturers across real UK installs.

Because the survey is where the install is actually designed. A Greenscape Renewable Energy Specialist comes to your home for around 30 minutes, walks through what you have, models your actual savings against your last 12 months of bills, and follows up with a written proposal within five working days.

We have refined that process across more than 16,000 installations. It is the single biggest reason most of our installs run smoothly, with no surprise costs and no last-minute redesigns on the day. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Yes, finance is available on all installations. Consumer finance is provided by Zopa Bank. Greenscape Energy Limited acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We are FCA registered under registration number 690130.

Four of them: Consistency, Capability, Compassion and Communication. They are the foundation that supports our vision and mission — combining years of local experience with installations designed around what you actually need, so you reduce carbon emissions and lower your bills with a team that keeps you informed throughout.
